At 20 years old, Benjamin Franklin wrote a list of 13 Virtues he believed would help him grow to a wider version of himself everyday. Realizing our brains aren't wired to focus on 13 things at once, he decided to focus on one virtue each week for 13 weeks, then repeat. Each repetition led to deeper understanding about the virtues and their contributions to society.
As I too am constantly seeking to grow everyday and learn all I can from everything and everyone I encounter, I have begun studying Benjamin Franklin and his virtues (with a couple of modifications adding specificity for my own life).
Join me on my virtues journey by following them in your own time! I created a Virtues Check In Book to download and print (free of course!) which has guided me through my weekly virtue dig and may help you as well.
Virtue Book Instructions: 1) Print double sided. 2) Fold in half. 3) Staple down middle.
